Accolade Claim Submission Guide

Multiple Tournament Wins

If you need to submit claims for multiple qualifying tournaments—such as Sealed and Archon (either at the same store or different stores)—then you’ll need to fill out the form below multiple times: one form submission for each qualifying tournament.

Accolade Claim Code

You or the host store should have received an email containing an Accolade Claim Code. This is a 6-digit code that is unique to each store. This code is used to verify the authenticity of the submitted claim. Only one submission will be accepted per tournament format (Sealed, Archon, and Alliance), and all additional claims made using that code will be rejected. DO NOT use the Accolade Claim Code for more than one submission per tournament format.

Deck Code

Each KeyForge deck has a 15-digit Deck Code. These are the codes you copied onto the Accolade Claim Card. If you have not yet gathered those codes for the submission, look for the them on the deck list card. All individual Deck Codes for Sealed and Alliance decks (which may consist of between 1 and 3 decks) will need to entered onto the form.

Please include the dashes when entering a Deck Code. Please include the starting C for Clone Decks.

Processing time

Ghost Galaxy will not email confirmation of Deck Accolades being successfully assigned. Processing of submissions may take up to two weeks. After two weeks, if the submitted decks have not been assigned Deck Accolades, please use the Contact Us form to inquire about the submission’s status.

Ghost Galaxy will review each submission to verify legitimacy. Any submissions that cannot be verified or are suspected of misuse will be removed. You will receive an automated confirmation email after submission. A direct reply to a submission by a Ghost Galaxy representative is not guaranteed.

Accolade Claim Form
