Schedule Your store championship!

Store Championships are retailer based events that are considered the foundational level of the competitive KeyForge Organized Play. They will consist of three tournaments featuring the supported Ghost Galaxy official formats. These formats are as follows: Sealed, Archon, and Alliance.

Store Championship event kits that support eight participants for the three tournaments. Multiple event kits may be purchased if larger player participation is anticipated. Retailers are only eligible to run one (1) Store Championship event, however the tournaments may be ran across multiple days or weekends.

Retailers will need to place an order for at least one (1) event kit AND schedule their event using the form below to appear on our participating retailer list. Retailers may complete the sign-up form below until January 31, 2025. These tournaments are required run between February 22 and March 31, 2025.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after submission. Ghost Galaxy will review each submission to verify legitimacy. Any submissions that cannot be verified or are suspected of misuse will be removed. Submissions directly to GG staff are not accepted, the below form must be completed.

Retailers are invited to pre-order event kits to support this event by going to Ghost Galaxy’s official retail website located here. Please note, an approved Ghost Galaxy retailer account will be required to complete purchase. After purchase, schedule your event using this form.

These kits are English-language only. We will be working with our international partners to make additional kits available in other languages through local distribution channels (we cannot guarantee all languages will be represented OR that all distributors will participate).

Direct purchase of the English event kits through the link below is open to all retailers, including international retailers. Retailers will be responsible for shipping, taxes, and customs fees.
