Second Æmber
Players who got knocked out of the two main tournaments on Saturday could participate in the Second Æmber tournament where they could earn chances to win a variety of prizes including sealed KeyForge decks, metal key tokens, or an adorable Fuzzy Gruen. A total of 36 players competed against each other in 53 games. The most dedicated Second Æmber player was Lokekar, who played in seven matches throughout the day.
Rocking the Amalgamator
One of the featured side events at the Roseville Vault Tour was the Gormangeist Speed Run Challenge, where teams of KeyForge players raced to win the KeyForge Adventure: Fall of the House Gormangeist in the least amount of time. Over the course of the event, this challenge was attempted more than a dozen times, and three different teams each held the top slot at various points.
Team 1-LO threatened to take the win with a finish time of exactly 15:00 (that’s fast!). But then Dirty Dogs of Summer shredded 1-LO’s hopes by running two Winds of Exchange decks each featuring the entire Bräkken band; they finished with a blazing win time of only 11:46! Rock on Dogs!
