National Championships are grand competitions where players have the opportunity to vie for the title of their nation’s Champion and secure a spot at the KeyForge World Championship. These events cater to those who aspire to go beyond their local gaming scene and forge their own legendary path to the World Championship, showcasing their skills in intense KeyForge battles against formidable rivals.

KeyForge 2025 National Championship events will be held between August 1st and September 30th, 2025. Each National Championship will be held over a single weekend, and feature tournaments for the Sealed, Archon, and Alliance formats. See additional details about competitive formats here.

Specific dates for the events will depend on the organizer and region. All events require to take place over a single weekend, although organizers have the flexibility to decide the size and scope of their events. Each event listing below will have a link to the organizer’s individual details!

KeyForge 2025 World Championships serve as the pinnacle competitive event to end the 2025 season of competitive play. To participate, players must earn an invitation.

National Championships act as a gateway to the World Championship. The 1st and 2nd place finishers in each of Sealed, Archon, and Alliance National Championship tournaments will receive an invite to the World Championship of that format. If a player is already invited to a World Championship, the invite is extended to the next place finisher (this continues until a non-qualifying player is selected, stopping at 8th place).

Securing a spot at the World Championship remains is rare currency. Attaining invitations will demand extraordinary skill and determination!
