Join Us at Another KeyForge Celebration!
The winds of fall are blowing across the horizon, and it’s time to pencil the second KeyForge Celebration into your calendar. KeyForge Celebration II will take place on November 10-12th, 2023. Once more, the event will be held in Roseville, MN near the Ghost Galaxy HQ. While this is the second KeyForge Celebration, it will be the first to host the KeyForge World Championships in the Alliance and Archon formats.

KeyForge Celebration (“KFC”) is a three-day immersion into all things KeyForge. Here are a few of the activities that participants may enjoy while at the event.
KEYFORGE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Participants at KFC may see KeyForge played at its very highest level as invitees to the World Championship compete for $50,000 in cash prizes in the Archon and Alliance formats ($25,000 prize pool for each). The World Championships will be streamed to the world, but there’s something special about seeing these amazing cardslingers in person.
KFC Open Tournaments
This year, Ghost Galaxy will host three open tournaments in Sealed Alliance, Alliance, and Archon formats. Winners of the open tournaments will receive non-cash prizes, and the winner of each of the Archon and Alliance Open tournaments will receive an invite to the 2024 KeyForge World Championship of the respective format.
Top ranked players in Friday’s Winds of Exchange Sealed Alliance Open tournament could even qualify for open seats in the 2023 World Championships that start Saturday (open seats may be available if any of the 32 World Championship seats are vacated by non-attending invitees).
Join the Menagerie
Join the open play experience that is the Menagerie—a new special game concept to be revealed during the Grim Reminders campaign on Gamefound this October. Player matchups will be arranged by the Ghost Galaxy team, and the terrors and thrills of the Menagerie will follow.
Sealed groups aplenty
For those players hungry for sealed games, Ghost Galaxy will organize and manage 8-16 persons “Sealed Group” mini-tournaments using the Sealed Alliance format. This year’s “Sealed Group” events will use Winds of Exchange decks (sealed decks may be purchased at the venue).
Meet the GHOSTS
KFC provides players with ample opportunity to meet and chat with the Ghost Galaxy team members. Ghost Galaxy CEO Christian T. Petersen will host the KFC keynote presentation on Saturday evening, and the creative team will take questions on KeyForge development in a Sunday session.
Hang and game with the keyforge community
Of course, most importantly of all, KCF is the perfect union for participants to enjoy the camaraderie, fun, and gaming goodness of the great people in the KeyForge community. Have a beverage, enjoy a snack, and delve into the latest strategies of Alliance pod-building, deck evaluation, your favorite token creatures, or what those wacky specters at Ghost Galaxy are up to now.
…. And the goody bag!
There can be no KFC without the participant goody bag! Every participant will perhaps have a chance to enjoy some grim surprises, a trip to the Menagerie, and some other colorful things.
